There are many ways to support us, from volunteering, fundraising for us, or even donating.
Fundraise for us
We encourage physical activity and you could fundraise for us by doing a sponsored run or organizing a football game for example. Get more physically active and the funds will go towards supporting our services for individuals with mental illness.
We are looking for volunteers to help run our football therapy sessions and provide peer support. Anyone with an understanding of mental health issues or willing to learn about them is more than welcome to join us.
Any donations would be appreciated and all funds will go towards supporting individuals with mental illness.
