Our Styring gym wear and sports clothes are ideal for some lifting in the gym, playing football or other sports, and getting physically active.

 

The clothing range is inspired by the founder Alex Crawshaw's mental health issues and how he found football and strength training beneficial to his recovery. We now wish to encourage everyone to look after their mental health and prevent mental health issues from happening through physical activity, and quality clothing to feel confident and perform better.
