Strength training for beginners

Strength training is great for both mental and physical health. Check out our routine for beginners and increase your lower body by 5kg every time you complete the reps and sets and a 2.5kg increase for the upper body when you complete the reps and sets.

Lower

Squat 5 x 5

Power Clean 5 x 5

Upper

Bench press 5 x 5
Barbell Row 5 x 5
