Weight training for mental illness prevention

At Styring we promote weight training to prevent mental illness for all individuals and improving everyone's mental health is our goal. We recommend doing the squat, bench press, and deadlift for low reps and training four times per week. We can provide a custom exercise routine and nutrition support via email. that focuses on strength training.

Our method of training is the upper-lower split which can be done 3 days or 4 days per week. Various strength coaches have used this method to great effect, such as Westside Barbell who trains people to lift very heavy for 3 weeks and then deload for 1 week.
